How to read the live account information?
Your real time account information appears at the top of the page after you've logged in.
It comprises of four (4) columns.
- Current Balance – this balance includes the pending sales
figure.
- Sales – total sales for the month
- Purchase – total purchase for the month
- Pending Sales – sales authorized but have not
completed yet, for example pending delivery or work in progress.
What is current balance?
Current account balance can be positive or negative. If it is negative it means that you
have use the credit facility extended to you before you sell anything. This is similar to
overdraft facility extend by financial institution. For detail on credit facility, please
contact us. Current account balance includes the pending sales figure that appears on the
right hand column.

How soon can I spend the Trade Ringgit I’ve
earned?
On sale date, the proceeds are transferred to the seller’s account. This will reflect
in the Pending Sales Column. This earning will become available for usage within 14 days
assuming there is no problems with the fulfillment of the Order.
What is Current Activity?
Current Activity report denotes the trading activities for the current month.
What is Transaction History?
Transaction History report shows all the trading activities (i.e. buy and sell) prior to
the current month.
How do I add Trade Ringgit to my account?
The best way to get Trade Ringgit to buy what you need is to sell your products or
services in the exchange.
