Shipping and Fulfillment

   How do I arrange shipping?
How can I find out transportation costs before committing to the Order?
How quikly will I receive my shipment?
Why do buyers pay taxes and gratuities in cash?

How do I arrange shipping?
Either the seller or the buyer pays for the transportation – the seller specifies who is responsible at the time that they create a Listing. In cases where the buyer pays for the delivery, the seller should contact them to make arrangements. In cases where the seller pays for the delivery they can automatically ship to the buyer’s default address (that appear in their directory listing) via the best method.

How can I find out transportation costs before committing to the Order?
You can contact the seller directly either by email or phone to inquire about transportation costs. Otherwise, the seller may contact you to arrange for delivery after they receive your Order, or simply deliver via the best method at the seller’s discretion.

When the seller creates a Listing, they should specify who pays for the delivery. In cases where the buyer pays for the delivery charge, the seller and the buyer should contact each other so that the buyer can make transport arrangements directly with the carrier, or the seller may send COD.

How quickly will I receive my shipment?
Upon notification of sale, the buyer should contact the seller as soon as possible to arrange for shipping. BBN Network encourages all Members to deliver the goods/service as quickly as possible after a sale. Seller should ensure that buyer receive what they ordered within two weeks. In the unlikely event that you do not receive what you purchased, you must contact Customer Support no later than 14 days after the sale date.

Why do buyers pay taxes and gratuities in cash?
This is a standard practice in barter arrangements. Just like cash sales, barter sales are treated as income and any taxes must be paid to the Inland Revenue in cash Malaysian Ringgit. In restaurants, gratuities should be paid in cash as courtesy to the server. Similarly, for other professional services, the disbursement to the government like stamp duty, etc is payable in cash while the professional fees could be bartered.
