Why do some Listings not allow me to email the seller?
BBN Network embraces the “clicks and mortar” strategy where we do assist some of the clients who are not Internet savvy to list their products online. If you do not see a link to email the seller in a particular Listing, you could call directly to the contact listed in the seller profile.

How quickly will the seller respond to my Offer?
Generally, sellers respond fastest to strong Offers. However, the seller is not obligated to respond to your Offer at any particular time.

How can I be sure the seller received my message?
AsiaBarterZone.com provides a confirmation screen as soon as your email is sent. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm when a seller actually receives their email. If you believe that your messages are not going through, please contact us at CustomerSupport@asiaBarterZone.com

What if I do not get a response to my Offer?
It is unlikely that a seller simply will not respond to an Offer. But in the event that you do not get a response, you can contact the seller directly to inquire about your Offer.
