Can I change my business name?
The Company Registration Number you provide when you join AsiaBarterZone.com is business-specific, so company name and Company Registration are inextricably linked, and it is not possible to change just the business name in your Account Profile. If you switch companies, you should call Member Relations to close your current account and establish a new account under your new business name and Company Registration Number.

Can someone else at my business take over management of my account?
Yes. If you want someone else at your business to take over your account, you can call AsiaBarterZone.com Member Relations to have the account information changed. AsiaBarterZone.com Member Relations can be reached at (604) 8995288 Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM Malaysian Time or Saturday 9AM-1PM.

Do I need to store a credit card on AsiaBarterZone.com to pay my transaction fee?
Not necessary. AsiaBarterZone.com will send you a monthly statement that shows all the details of the trading activity and includes the cash fee due to the exchange. Cash fee is due 15 days from the receipt of the monthly statement. See Fee Policy

What if I want to ship to a different address?
When you place an Order or make an Offer, you can specify a shipping address if you inform AsiaBarterZone.com via an email or otherwise your default address that appear in your Account Profile will be your shipping address.

How do I change my Password?
To change your Password, just go to your Member tab and click on Password after you log in. For example, if the accountant will is assigned to administer the trading account resign from your office, you can change the password anytime.

Can I be reminded of my Password if I forget it?
To protect the security of your account, AsiaBarterZone.com will not ask for or give out your Password. If you forget your Password, you will need to contact Member Relations Manager during office hours and you will need to know the answer to your security question and other information related to your account.
