| Shipping and Fulfillment
How do I arrange shipping?
Either the seller or the buyer pays for the transportation the seller
specifies who is responsible at the time that they create a Listing. In cases where the
buyer pays for the delivery, the seller should contact them to make arrangements. In cases
where the seller pays for the delivery they can automatically ship to the buyers
default address (that appear in their directory listing) via the best method.
How do I know when the buyer has received the
shipment?
You can contact the buyer or ask the buyer to contact you to confirm receipt. Of
course, it is always good idea to select a carrier that allows you to track shipment.

How soon can I spend the
Trade Ringgit I have earned?
On the date the exchange issued the seller the Authorization Number, the proceeds
are transferred to the sellers account as Pending Sales. Within 14 days of the sale
date, these proceeds will become available for use or upon the receipt of confirmation
from the buyer that goods have been delivered (whichever is earlier) assuming there are no
problems with Order fulfillment.
How quickly do I need to send the goods?
BBN Network encourages seller to arrange delivery as quickly as possible after
receiving an Order or accepting an Offer. However, seller should ensure that buyers
receive what they ordered within two weeks.
If you are not able to deliver an Order in time within two weeks of
the sale date, you should contact the buyer immediately to make alternate arrangements. If
you know at the time of Listing that the product or service cannot be delivered
immediately, you should also note this in the Listing Description.

Why
do buyers pay taxes and gratuities in cash?
This is a standard practice in barter arrangements. Just like cash sales, barter
sales are treated as income and any taxes must be paid to the Inland Revenue in cash
Malaysian Ringgit. In restaurants, gratuities should be paid in cash as courtesy to the
server. Similarly, for other professional services, the disbursement to the government
like stamp duty, etc is payable in cash while the professional fees could be bartered.
